Dedicated to building a prosperous future for our community.

Focused on addressing critical local needs
Carolina Employment, Business and Training Centre (CEBT) is a recognised non-profit organization operating within the Chief Albert Luthuli Local Municipality.
Established in response to community advocacy in 2015 and formally registered in March 2016, CEBT emerged from a community initiative focused on addressing critical local needs in employment, skills development, and business procurement opportunities within Carolina’s mining areas.
Dedicated to building a prosperous future for our community
Over the years, we have established strong partnerships with local mining companies and stakeholders, successfully placing over 1000 Carolina residents in employment positions and facilitating training for more than 500 young people. Our commitment extends beyond job placement – we provide essential ICT services, support local entrepreneurs, and work tirelessly to ensure that mining companies fulfil their social responsibilities to our community. At CEBT, we believe in the potential of Carolina and its people. Our vision to createplatforms for Carolina to reach its economic potential drives everything we do.
Whether through our free ICT services, business development support, or education initiatives, we remain dedicated to building a prosperous future for our community.
